The Raptor Rehab unit came to visit Mrs. Crockett's Kindergarten gifted class following their Owls Unit. The LSU Vet School brought 3 raptors to Wildwood in order to give kids a chance to be up close with 3 different birds! Want your family to experience this as well? Visit the LSU Vet School for Open House on January 26 to see the raptors and other animals!
The Kindergarten and 1st Grade Gifted Resource Students have been studying Bats. As a culminating project, students decided to build a Bat House to help create an additional habitat for our mosquito eating neighbors! Look for our finished bat house at family night in the 4th grade room!
